Just a decent option for a quick stop in Venice with good value. The breakfast was surprisingly good and set us up for the day. Check the shower size if you prefer more space.

Perfect for couples looking for adventure
The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the train station, you can't go wrong. Breakfast? It was really great, with a spread that had me coming back for more every morning.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for the quality offered.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, and their travel tips made navigating Venice much easier. However, the room was uncomfortably small for our family of four and had a faded decor.

Charming location with unique breakfast options
Staying here felt like a step back in time with charming Venetian decor and a spacious inner courtyard. The breakfast exceeded expectations with fresh pastries and hot items, although the dining area was a bit cramped. However, some maintenance issues like the air conditioning struggling during our stay could be improved.

Old building charm but frustratingly no air conditioning control in the room.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from transportation hubs and numerous restaurants, making exploration effortless. Breakfast was quite satisfying, featuring a variety of pastries and savory options to kickstart each day. However, the room seriously needs an upgrade. there were loose light fixtures and a musty smell due to ineffective air conditioning, which was frustratingly controlled by the front desk. Despite these issues, the hotel's competitive pricing might appeal to those prioritizing budget over comfort.

The Belle Epoque is wonderfully adorned with Murano glass chandeliers, making every corner feel like a fairytale. Its location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, which is perfect for seniors. I felt quite at home.

missingWrote a review on 18 Junarchitectural charmtransportation accessodor issues
Convenient proximity to major transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the area. The traditional Venetian architecture adds a unique charm, which some may find nostalgic amidst the hustle of the city.
The lobby greets you with a rather stale odor, a sign of long-overdue maintenance. The decor appears aged, giving off a vibe that suggests it's stuck in time, which didn't sit well for my taste. Upon entering the rooms, I noticed visible stains and a general lack of cleanliness on the carpets. The air conditioning didn't keep up with the summer heat and was held together by tape, which raised concerns more than comfort. Views from both rooms offered nothing appealing. instead, I faced trash and debris. I also noticed exposed wires near the AC unit, which isn't exactly what I'd call a safety feature. Areas of the hotel, including hallways, felt neglected, revealing dirty racks and messy storage. It's clear this place needs more than just a light polish. it needs a serious refresh to make any stay enjoyable.

stroll to landmarks and delightful eateries await you here
The location was super convenient, with fantastic access to the Grand Canal just about 1 km away and a delightful selection of eateries like Trattoria Bella Venezia just steps away, making it easy to enjoy a scenic stroll or grab a bite to eat. As a single traveler, I appreciated the kind staff and the breakfast buffet, which was by far the best I've had during my weekend explorations!

We had an amazing time with friends exploring stunning views and sharing unforgettable moments. The area is rich with history, and we enjoyed delicious food near the canals. The location is super convenient. just a short walk from the train station. Just prepare for some quirks—it's not all modern comfort.
The elevator was out of order during our stay, and we had to lug our heavy bags up the stairs. It was exhausting after a long day of travel.
